What data we process
If you create an account: your name, your email, your encrypted password and your language. If you have a business: the details, photos and videos you publish on its page. If you message us on WhatsApp: your number and what you tell us. This page doesn't ask for data itself.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, give you access to your account, publish your business's page, send you the emails the service needs, and make backups.
Legal basis
Your consent when you message us, and the contract or the steps before it when you use the service. Legal obligations where the law requires us to keep some data.
Who else receives it
Our providers, only to deliver the service: our hosting provider (hosting and backups), Resend (sending email) and Cloudflare (DNS and inbound email). If you open WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under its own policy. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards the law requires.
How long
We keep your account and your page until you delete them or the service ends, and conversations for as long as we need them to help you. Backups are kept for 30 days, and data the law requires for the time it sets.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contact@flauntit.app. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This page uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Only the technical cookies needed to sign in and remember your language are used, which is why we don't ask for consent.
